General Information
5 Franklin Street is as central as can be, just off Lower Main Road and is right opposite AFDA film school with some of the rooms having a clear view of the campus. It’s located in a quiet road surrounded by similarly quaint late 19th century row houses. This unit was completed in December 2022.
Franklin comprises 17 bedrooms over 3 levels as well as 8 bathrooms, a communal lounge and kitchen as well as a coffee station on the first and second floor. The smaller rooms are cost-efficient and cosy and the penthouse rooms feature their own private balconies with mountain views. The property is powered by 15KW of solar energy and there is a full backup for load shedding.
