Heron Square offers affordable, secure & central student accommodation in Cape Town. Established in 2010, we have subsequently developed a number of student accommodation in the Observatory and Mowbray area with close proximity to learning establishments.

In 2011, we started bringing affordable student accommodation to Observatory & Mowbray. Our properties are all located within close proximity to popular learning establishments such as the University of Cape Town, ADFA and Varsity College.
We are striving to continuously upgrade our existing properties as well as identify and develop new properties within the Observatory & Mowbray area. We are further dedicated to our neighborhood’s upliftment, by being environmentally aware and responsible as well as increasing our security presence so that our precinct is greatly improved and much safer.
